Here is another example of some of the problems with training dogs to bite a sleeve while ignoring the weapon hand. In the end, police dogs are disposable tools used to chase down, apprehend, and detain suspects. Notice how these dogs ignore the knife hand and latch on to the guy’s arm. There is no reason to be training our home guardian dogs like police dogs.
